• Summer leases are a minimum of 2 months long
• The security deposit and the TOTAL rental amount is due prior to lease period
  (rent/phone/cable/utility deposits/hot tub service, etc.)
• Tenant pays for all utilities during the lease including but not limited to,
  (phone, cable, snow removal, electricity, gas, propane, firewood, pellets, etc.)
  If the home is not equipped currently with internet access and you desire it you will be
  required to set up your own account with the local company for service for the lease
• Tenants must complete an application, provide a recent credit report (less than 6 months),
  have verifiable employment and rental references.
• All of the homes are fully furnished except for sheets and towels
• All of the homes are non-smoking and do not allow pets (unless otherwise noted)
